A control method and apparatus for a household appliance, and a household appliance. The control method for a household appliance comprises: acquiring behavior information of a plurality of users in a target area (S01); analyzing the behavior information, and determining a first user, in the target area, of a household appliance (S02); detecting behavior information of the first user (S03); and determining, on the basis of the behavior information of the first user, a target household appliance to be controlled that is in the target area, and controlling said target household appliance to run (S04). By means of the control method for a household appliance, when there are a plurality of users, the running of a target household appliance is controlled on the basis of behavior information of a first user, such that the problem of misjudging a user behavior that is caused by inconsistency between behaviors of the plurality of users is avoided, thereby facilitating precise control over the target household appliance.
