Abstract:
A control method, a control apparatus, a kitchen appliance, and a readable storage medium. The control method comprises: acquiring a cooking fumes concentration according to cooking fumes data output by a cooking fumes sensor (10); selecting one speed adjustment curve from a plurality of speed adjustment curves, and according to the selected speed adjustment curve and the cooking fumes concentration, controlling a kitchen appliance to run; processing the current speed adjustment curve according to an acquired manual speed adjustment operation, so as to acquire an adjustment curve; and controlling, by using the adjustment curve, the kitchen appliance to run. By means of the method, a user can adjust a speed adjustment curve of a kitchen appliance according to their habits or preferences, thereby meeting the user's requirements.
