Abstract:
A control method and apparatus for laser headlights on a vehicle, and a vehicle, which are used to solve the problem in the existing technology of potential safety hazards existing when using laser headlights. The method can be applied in the fields of autonomous driving, assisted driving, intelligent driving, manual driving, automated driving, intelligent network-connected driving, and so on. The method comprises acquiring first reference information; determining, according to the first reference information, that a vehicle has a risk of collision or determining that the vehicle has already collided; and generating first indication information used for turning off the laser headlights of the vehicle. The first reference information comprises at least one among first map information, first information sensed by a roadside device, second information sensed by a sensing device on the vehicle, and first control information in the vehicle. The first indication information used for turning off the laser headlights of the vehicle is generated when it is determined that the vehicle has a risk of collision or has already collided so as to turn off the laser headlights, thereby helping to improve the safety in the use of the laser headlights.
