A control method, apparatus (1000) and system for a vehicle-mounted device (903), and a vehicle, which relate to the technical field of intelligent vehicles. The control method comprises: receiving at least two control instructions (902) at the same moment or within a first time period; determining a priority identifier and/or function category information of each control instruction (902) among the at least two control instructions (902), wherein the at least two control instructions (902) are used for controlling the same execution unit in a vehicle-mounted device (903); and controlling the execution unit according to the priority identifier and/or the function category information of each control instruction (902). Each control instruction (902) is allowed to carry a priority identifier and/or function category information, and then, according to the priority identifier and/or the function category information, a control instruction (902) is selected as a control instruction (902) for controlling a vehicle-mounted device (903), thereby avoiding a situation where simultaneous reception of a plurality of control instructions (902) causes hardware to be unable to work normally.
