Abstract:
A control method for an arcless breaking alternating current circuit, belonging to the technical field of power control. The control method comprises the following steps: a power supply step: converting an input control voltage into a coil operation voltage of an electromagnetic actuation mechanism, and supplying power to an energy storage circuit at the same time; an input voltage measuring step: measuring the numerical value of the input voltage in the power supply step, and comparing the numerical value of the input control voltage with a set value; and a connecting step: a control circuit delaying outputting a forward pulse to a coil, and the electromagnetic actuation mechanism connecting a main loop at the next zero crossing point; and a disconnecting step: the electromagnetic actuation mechanism disconnecting the main loop at the next zero crossing point. The method solves the problem of electric arcs generated during connection-disconnection switching of an alternating current load, and achieves high efficiency and energy saving; by means of software delay control on the time of circuit connection and disconnection performed by the electromagnetic actuation mechanism, delayed connection and disconnection control of contacts is performed in a time-division mode so as to find a real current zero-crossing point, thus effectively solving an electro-erosion problem of contact points during load switching.
