A control method and a control device for an air conditioner, and an air conditioner. The method comprises: determining whether a user is present in a bathroom (S101); when it is determined that a user is present in the bathroom, determining a state of the user in the bathroom (S102); when it is determined that the user has completed showering, initiating a dehumidification operation (S103); acquiring the temperature in the bathroom, and on the basis of the temperature in the bathroom, sending a joint startup instruction to air conditioners acting on target rooms (S104), so as to cause the air conditioners acting on the target rooms to adjust a target temperature on the basis of the temperature of the bathroom, the target rooms being rooms adjacent to the bathroom or pre-determined other rooms other than the bathroom. The present method is able to improve the problem of inconvenience to a user when dressing, and reduce the risk that the user will catch a cold after showering.
