Abstract:
A control method and device for air conditioning, and an air conditioner. The control method comprises: when the air conditioner operates in a photosterilization mode, obtaining an external force borne by a housing of the air conditioner, wherein the external force comprises an external force magnitude and an external force direction; and when the external force is larger than a set force value and the external force direction is within a set direction range, reducing the operation power of the photosterilization mode. When the air conditioner operates in the photosterilization mode, an intention of starting the air conditioner housing by a user is measured according to the magnitude of an external force borne by the housing of the air conditioner and an external force direction, and when it is determined that the user attempts to start the air conditioner housing, the operation power of the photosterilization mode is reduced in time, such that the damage of sterilization light emitted by a sterilization module to the body of the user is reduced as much as possible, and the health of the user is protected to the maximum extent while the sterilization of the air conditioner is realized.
