Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for controlling an electric machine (14), especially for using in a drive train (12) of a motor vehicle, the electric machine (14) comprising three phase conductors by which means it is supplied with electrical current in three phases, a sensor being respectively associated with the three phase conductors (26, 28, 30), for respectively detecting a physical variable as a regulating signal of the electric machine (14), the electric machine (14) being controlled during normal operation on the basis of the three regulating signals (40, 42, 44). Said method comprises the following steps: detecting that one of the three sensors is sending a faulty signal, identifying the sensor sending the faulty signal, and switching the control of the electric machine (14) to a two-phase control operation, wherein the control of the electric machine (14) is carried out on the basis of the two error-free regulating signals.
