Abstract:
A control method for a direct drive transmission system (100), and a related device. The control method comprises the following steps: S1, starting a direct drive transmission system (100) and performing overall zeroing on same, so that all rotors (2) move in the same direction; S2, reading, by means of each driver (6), a zero point signal of a first incremental position feedback apparatus (4) that is identified by a corresponding second incremental position feedback apparatus (5); S3, determining whether there is any driver (6) reading two zero point signals: if so, executing step S4, and if not, returning to step S1; S4, according to the distance between the two zero point signals which are fed back by the driver (6), determining that the zeroing of the corresponding rotor (2) is completed, and further completing the zeroing of the direct drive transmission system (100); and S5, a controller (7) acquiring position information of each rotor (2) on the basis of the zeroed direct drive transmission system (100), and driving the movement of all the rotors (2).
