Abstract:
The present invention relates to a control method of an electric truck, wherein a single battery is used to simultaneously supply electrical power to: a drive motor for driving the vehicle; and a refrigeration system for supplying cold air to a cargo compartment. In particular, a control method of an electric truck having a cold chain refrigeration system driven by a high-voltage driving battery according to the present invention comprises the steps of: monitoring vehicle state information and cargo compartment state information; receiving destination information; calculating the distance that can be traveled while operating the refrigeration system; and selectively operating the refrigeration system by comparing the remaining distance to the destination and the calculated distance that can be traveled while operating the refrigeration system.
