Abstract:
A control method for a goods sorting system, comprising: controlling a conveying mechanism to move, so that goods (12) to be sorted are moved to a sorting region; acquiring position information and delivery destination information of the goods (12); an end effector of a robot (13) holding the goods (12) according to the position information; the robot (13) planning a movement path according to the delivery destination information such that the end effector moves to the front end of a compartment body (161) of a sorting cabinet (16) corresponding to the delivery destination information; and controlling a conveyor belt (123) of the end effector to push the goods (12) into the corresponding compartment body (161); when the compartment body (161) of the sorting cabinet (16) is full, acquiring X-axis position information and Z-axis position information of the compartment body (161), controlling a goods transfer device (2) to move on a sliding rail (21) in an X-axis direction to reach a destination, and controlling a material receiving mechanism (24) to move to the destination in a Z-axis direction and a compartment door trigger unit (243) of the goods transfer device (2) to automatically trigger a compartment door (162) of the compartment body (161) that is full, so that the compartment door (162) is opened, and the goods (12) in the compartment body (161) slide into an accommodating portion (241) of the goods transfer device (2).
