Abstract:
In this control method for a communication device, a computer in said communication device is made to: acquire, from an information management system, candidate data that indicates dates and times for which appointments are available at a specialty facility; extract candidate appointment dates and times for said specialty facility by excluding dates and times for which a user has scheduled plans from the acquired dates and times for which appointments are available at the specialty facility; and display, from the extracted candidate appointment dates and times, representations of the candidate appointment times in regions corresponding to the respective dates in calendar data. Also, when the selection of a region that corresponds to one of the dates in said calendar data and to one of the representations of candidate appointment times is detected, a display is made to display an appointment screen on which the candidate appointment date and time corresponding to the selected region are used as the date and time for which to make an appointment at the specialty facility.
