Abstract:
A control method for an intelligent cooking machine. A customer menu is received by means of an ordering machine, a pick-up mechanism receives an instruction from the ordering machine to allocate a side dish box to the cooking machine, the pick-up mechanism places the side dish box on a discharging apparatus of the cooking machine, the cooking machine receives the instruction from the ordering machine to start cooking, a lid of the side dish box is automatically opened step by step within a specified time by means of the discharging apparatus according to set dish cooking steps, so that food ingredients in the side dish box sequentially fall into a cooking pot of the cooking machine according to compartments, and the order and time of adding the food ingredients are automatically controlled so as to implement a function of automatically adding the food ingredients step by step. The method comprises the steps of: a cooking center receiving a customer menu, and arranging a cooking machine to cook (S1); a pick-up mechanism allocating a side dish box to the cooking machine (S2); the cooking machine cooking according to a corresponding program (S3); delivering a finished dish to a pick-up port or a customer dining-table (S4); and cleaning the cooking machine, the pick-up mechanism replacing the side dish box of the cooking machine, and the cooking machine cooking until the cooking machine completes a cooking task (S5).
