Abstract:
A control method for a power tool (2) and a power tool (2) implementing the control method. The power tool (2) includes an output shaft (9) for driving a working head (8) to rotate, a motor (6) for driving the output shaft (9) to rotate, a power supply (18) for supplying power to the motor (6), a sensor (24) and an electronic control device (22). The sensor (24) detects a parameter representing the load of the output shaft (9). The electronic control device (22) obtains a second or higher time derivative of the parameter, generates a control signal (s, s1, s2) according to the second or higher time derivative, and decreases the rotational speed of the motor (6) according to the control signal (s, s1, s2) to ensure that a working piece (14) driven by the working head (8) does not go beyond a predetermined position.
