Abstract:
The present invention: acquires current robot position information, guidance destination position information, robot travelable area information, and human movable area information (S1-S5); calculates, on the basis of the acquired current robot position information, guidance destination position information, and human movable area information, a human route, which is the route of a human from the current position to the position of the guidance destination, so as to satisfy a prescribed condition for reducing the burden on the human (S7); compares the calculated human route and the robot travelable area information (S8); and changes, in response to the comparison result obtained by the comparing, a display mode of guidance lead to the guidance destination which is displayed on a display of the robot (S9).
