The present invention relates to the technical field of temperature management. Specifically provided are a control method for a temperature management system of a vehicle, and a temperature management system. Specifically, the temperature management system of a vehicle of the present invention comprises an air conditioner, a heat exchange apparatus, a water-cooled heat sink and a battery, wherein the water-cooled heat sink is arranged close to the battery, so as to cool and/or heat the battery; the heat exchange apparatus and an evaporator are arranged in parallel, and two ends of the heat exchange apparatus are further in communication with two ends of the water-cooled heat sink, so that cooling water is cooled and/or heated by means of a refrigerant; a first electrically operated valve is provided on a refrigerant pipeline, and the first electrically operated valve is used for controlling the on-off state of the refrigerant pipeline; and a water pump is provided on a cooling water pipeline. The control method comprises: acquiring the temperature of a battery; and according to the temperature, selectively turning on a first electrically operated valve, and enabling the operation of an air conditioner and a water pump. By means of such an arrangement, the management effect of a temperature management system on the temperature of a battery can be improved, and a refrigerant can also be prevented from being close to the battery, thereby improving the safety.
