Abstract:
A control method for a transcritical carbon dioxide composite heat pump system, comprising a CO 2 main path compressor (1), an air cooling-air cooling recombiner (2), a supercooling-evaporation recombiner (3), an evaporator (5), and a CO2 auxiliary compressor (6). The air cooling-air cooling recombiner (2) comprises three passages, i.e., a CO2 main path (9), a CO2 auxiliary path (10), and a water path (11). The supercooling-evaporation recombiner (3) comprises two passages, i.e., a CO2 main path supercooling segment (12) and a CO2 auxiliary path evaporation segment (13). The control method comprises two operating modes according to return water temperature, so that the application range of the unit is wider, and the daily requirements are met. Since only one heat exchanger for a refrigerating agent and water exists, compared with three heat exchangers for water and refrigerating agent in an existing critical CO2 composite heat pump, the circulating water path is a one-input one-output single loop, so that the system is simple, and the failure rate is reduced. By using a variable frequency compressor for an auxiliary loop, a heat-pump water heater system can stably and reliably operate for a long time under wider load and temperature conditions, so that the electric energy consumption is reduced, and the starting current of the compressor can also be reduced.
