Abstract:
Provided are a control panel capable of preventing an entanglement of foreign matter in a blower, and a machine tool. A control panel 20 stores, in a storage box 21, an electric component that controls a machine tool. The control panel 20 has, on a left wall 202 of the storage box 21, a heat radiation mechanism, a blower 50, and a cover 30. A portion of the heat radiation mechanism is disposed inside the storage box 21, and connected to the electric component. The blower 50 is fixed on the left side of the left wall 202 of the control panel 20 through a housing. The blower 50 is on the lower side of the heat radiation mechanism. The blower 50 blows out air to the heat radiation mechanism through the housing. The cover 30 covers the outside of the blower 50. A left wall 301 of the cover 30 has an opening 31 that is an air inlet of the blower 50. The opening 31 is provided in the left wall 301, at the periphery of an opposite portion 310 opposing the blower 50.
