Abstract:
A control system for an electromagnet. The electromagnet comprises a metal frame, an iron core, a coil and a filler. The metal frame has a recessed portion, and a threaded hole is arranged at a bottom portion thereof. The iron core is installed at the metal frame by means of threads arranged at a lower end thereof. The coil comprising turns of a metal wire is wound around an outer surface of the iron core. The filler is provided at the center of the recessed portion of the metal frame. The control system comprises a magnetic force detection sensor, a current detection sensor, a controller, a serial port circuit and an adjustable resistor. The magnetic force detection sensor is embedded in a top end of the iron core to effectively detect a change in a magnetic force. The magnetic force detection sensor directly transmits detected data to the controller in real time. The adjustable resistor and the coil are connected in parallel. A control port of the adjustable resistor is connected to the controller. The above technical solution has a simple structure, can be used conveniently, and enables adjustment of magnetic force settings with respect to an electromagnet. Moreover, adjustment of a coil is performed by means of a current, thereby providing a stable magnetic force.
