Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a first cage speed detection device 11A and a second cage speed detection device 11B that measure a moving speed of a cage 1; a winding machine brake 8 that applies braking to a winding machine 3; an emergency stop device 10 that brakes a cage by gripping a guide rail 9; and a control device 12 that controls the winding machine 3, the winding machine brake 8, and the emergency stop device 10 on the basis of the outputs of the first cage speed detection device 11A and the second cage speed detection device 11B. The control device 12 determines that either the first cage speed detection device 11A or the second cage speed detection device 11B that outputs high speed-side speed data is abnormal, when respective speed data output from the first cage speed detection device 11A and the second cage speed detection device 11B are different, and acceleration data of the cage 1 calculated from the high speed-side speed data among the speed data is equal to or larger than a predetermined threshold.
