Abstract:
A control system and control method for a frostless, multivariable coupling, and heat pump-based hot blast stove. In the control system, a first heat exchanger (4-2), a second heat exchanger (5-2), a main solution pool and corresponding pipelines, and a temperature detector are provided; a first heat pump unit, a second heat pump unit, and a third heat pump unit are formed; a preheating zone, a low temperature zone, a medium temperature zone, and a high temperature zone are sequentially formed on an air supply pipeline along a direction from a fresh air inlet port to a fresh air supply port. In addition, a frostless operation segment is provided. The control system and control method for a frostless, multivariable coupling, and heat pump-based hot blast stove can implement heat supply in two control modes, i.e., a gradient heat-circulating preheating mode and a gradient heat-circulating frostless mode.
