Abstract:
Provided are a control system and control method for the production of a rubber extruded product. The control system comprises: an extruder, a receiving and conveying device, a measuring system and a control device, wherein the receiving and conveying device is arranged at a position corresponding to the extruder, such that a rubber product extruded by the extruder enters the receiving and conveying device and is driven by the receiving and conveying device to move in a direction away from an extrusion port; the measuring system is arranged on the receiving and conveying device; and the control device is respectively electrically connected to the measuring system and the receiving and conveying device. The measuring system collects, in real time, physical parameter information of the rubber product entering the receiving and conveying device and sends the collected information to the control device, and the control device controls, according to the received physical parameter information of the rubber product, the speed at which the receiving and conveying device drives the rubber product to move. By means of the present invention, real-time quality monitoring and production control of rubber extruded products can be achieved, thereby ensuring continuous, real-time and accurate tire quality control.
