Abstract:
Provided are a control system and method for a sewing process parameter. The control system comprises: a sewing device; a server, which is used for configuring garments of different styles, sewn by the sewing device, with device process parameter information corresponding to procedures, and generating information identifiers for different cut pieces on the garment of the style according to the device process parameter information; and a visual terminal, which reads, when an operator of the sewing device receives a style task, identifier data in the information identifiers bound to the cut pieces, and transmits the read identifier data to the server, wherein after receiving the identifier data in the information identifiers, the server combines the identifier data with the device process parameter information of the sewing device, so as to generate a parameter modification instruction for the style task, and transmits same to the sewing device. By means of the present invention, the trigger of a modified process parameter can be issued to a specific station, and when the station starts the production of a new style, a parameter of a sewing machine can be adjusted in a timely manner, without requiring additional waiting time, thereby improving the production efficiency.
