Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a controlled release composition for a physiologically active substance, with which it is possible to start release of the physiologically active substance in vivo with the necessary timing. [Solution] The composition comprises an inner layer made from a biodegradable substance that supports the physiologically active substance, and an outer layer, which is made from a biodegradable material different to that of the inner layer.
