The present invention relates to a controlled-release formulation for hearing loss and a preparation method therefor, and, more specifically, to a controlled-release formulation for hearing loss and a preparation method therefor, the formulation being prepared by dispersing, in a high molecular weight hyaluronic acid aqueous solution, a steroidal anti-inflammatory drug encapsulated in low molecular weight hyaluronic acid.
