Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a controller, a communication system, a control method and a program that enable a transmission scheduling for avoiding mutual interferences with respect to a plurality of wireless networks so as to solve the foregoing problem. A controller 13 according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a scheduler SCH3 that performs: calculating, every predetermined period, a transmission schedule of packets that are to be transmitted from buffers (FB1, FB2) on the basis of a packet amount stored by a database DB; and setting a limit such that when the transmission schedule is calculated, a total amount of packets that are to be transmitted from all of the buffers (FB1, FB2) included in each of a plurality of networks NW #j does not exceed the product of the throughput of the respective network NW #j and the predetermined period.
