Abstract:
The present application provides a controller and a control method for a ferroelectric memory array, and a related device. The controller is used for controlling the ferroelectric memory array, which comprises multiple ferroelectric memory cells deployed in an array. The controller is used for writing first data into each memory cell in a target row when a full-selection on level is input into a first WL connected to memory cells in the target row and the transmission level input into a PL connected to the memory cells is lower than 0. The controller is further used for inputting a transmission level to a BL and a PL connected to the memory cells in the target row and writing second data into target memory cells when a partial-selection on level is input into the WL connected to the memory cells in the target row. The present application can be applied to write data into the memory cells when the transmission level is relatively low, prevent interference with data stored in non-target memory cells when the controller writes the data into the target memory cells, and improve the density of data storage.
