Abstract:

A double-roll casting and rolling production method of hot-rolled thin strip steel is disclosed. The method comprises at least one of the following steps: 1) controlling the convexity of the casted strip in the range of 15-60μm; 2) controlling the thickness of the casted strip in the range of 1.65-1.8 mm; 3) controlling the temperature of the casted strip in the range of 1150-1350°C; 4) controlling the pressure of the pinch roller in the range of 16KN-20KN; 5) controlling the tension of the pinch roller in the range of 2.1MPa-2.5MPa; and 6) controlling the evacuation time of the wrapper in the range of 5-10 seconds. A hot-rolled thin strip steel is disclosed. The method can effectively improve the wrinkle of the strip steel.
