A convenient-to-use folding marine surveying and mapping recording plate, comprising a recording plate body (1) and a substrate (2); the substrate (2) is provided with an inwardly recessed cavity (201); the recording plate body (1) is embedded within the cavity (201) of the substrate (2); and the recording plate body (1) rotates around a side edge and out of the cavity (201) of the substrate (2); a connecting rod (3) is hinged to a lower surface of the recording plate body (1); a tooth-shaped support (203) is arranged within the cavity (201); after the recording plate body (1) rotates out of the cavity (201) of the substrate (2), a free end (303) of the connecting rod (3) is embedded in the tooth-shaped support (203) so as to support the recording plate body (1); the lower surface of the recording plate body (1) is provided with grooves (101,102); and when the recording plate body (1) is embedded within the cavity (201) of the substrate (2), the tooth-shaped support (203) and the connecting rod (3) are embedded into the grooves (101,102). The convenient-to-use folding marine surveying and mapping recording plate is convenient to use and may be rapidly unfolded and folded.
