Abstract:
A conversation method and system for operating a conversation model on the basis of the presence or absence of relevant knowledge are provided. The conversation method according to an embodiment of the present invention: receives user utterances as an input; determines a conversation model on the basis of content of the input user utterances; generates conversation content using the determined conversation model; and converts the generated conversation content into voice and outputs same. Accordingly, by operating different conversation models on the basis of the presence or absence of relevant knowledge, it is possible to create an empathetic conversation instead of generating an inappropriate answer in a knowledge-based conversation, thereby increasing user satisfaction with the conversation.
