A DC/AC conversion circuit and a control method therefor, and a modulation method for a cycloconverter. The circuit comprises: an inverter unit (101), which is used for inverting a direct current into an alternating current; at least one cycloconverter (102), which comprises a plurality of groups of switch elements, wherein the plurality of groups of switch elements are respectively connected to an output end of the inverter unit (101) and are used for performing alternating-alternating conversion, and an output end of the cycloconverter (102) is connected to a power grid, so as to provide an alternating-current output; and a controller (103), which is respectively connected to the inverter unit (101) and the cycloconverter (102) and is used for controlling, when a power grid voltage is within a threshold value range, corresponding two groups of switch elements among the plurality of groups of switch elements to turn on in a complementary manner.
