Abstract:
[Problem] To keep the power factor of an AC input high using a step-down AC/DC conversion circuit while outputting a high DC voltage. [Solution] An AC/DC conversion circuit 1 is provided with an input unit 11, an output unit 17, a first sub AC/DC conversion circuit 13, and a second sub AC/DC conversion circuit 15. The first sub AC/DC conversion circuit 13 has: an inductor element L having one end connected through a switching circuit SW to a first input terminal I1; a first capacitor element C1 having one end connected to the other end of the inductor element L and the other end connected to a first output terminal O1; and a first rectifier element D1, the cathode and anode sides of which are connected to a second input terminal I2 and the first output terminal O1, respectively. The second sub AC/DC conversion circuit 15 has: the inductor element L; the switching circuit SW; a second capacitor element C2 having one end connected to the other end of the inductor element L and the other end connected to a second output terminal O2; and a second rectifier element D2, the anode and cathode sides of which are connected to the second input terminal I2 and the second output terminal O2, respectively.
