Abstract:
In the present invention, the following are provided: an A/D conversion section that receives input voltage, performs analog/digital conversion, and outputs digital data; a histogram generating and storing section for receiving the digital data, and generating and storing a histogram of the waveform of the input voltage; and a control unit that controls the analog/digital conversion characteristics in the A/D conversion section on the basis of the histogram stored in the histogram generating and storing section. The present invention reduces the occurrence of missing codes and improves analog/digital conversion accuracy.
