Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a converter fault-tolerant control method and system and a wind turbine. The method is applied to the wind turbine, and comprises: when a converter of the wind turbine fails, controlling the converter to enter a fault shutdown state; diagnosing the fault state type of the converter; and when the diagnosed fault state type of the converter is a predetermined fault state type, controlling the converter to enter a fault-tolerant operating state from the fault shutdown state, wherein in the fault-tolerant operating state, at least some of devices, which do not fail, of the converter are used to continue generating power for the wind turbine in a derated manner. In this case, the converter still has a certain derated power generation capacity when a specific fault occurs, thereby reducing shutdown power generation capacity loss caused by the fault.
