Abstract:
A conveyance control device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises memory and a processor. The memory is for storing management information including article identification information for identifying articles and storage destination identification information for identifying the storage destination of articles. The processor uses an order and the management information as a basis to output a first conveyance instruction to convey a predetermined mobile shelf corresponding to first storage destination identification information when the storage destination of a first article corresponding to first article identification information included in the order is the predetermined mobile shelf, and to output a second conveyance instruction to convey a predetermined case corresponding to second storage destination identification information when the storage destination of a second article corresponding to second article identification information included in the order is the predetermined case.
