Abstract:
In a conveyance device using a carriage according to the present invention: a drive route part 1B, which causes a conveyance carriage 3 to be forcedly driven to travel at predetermined intervals, is connected to a storage route part 2 configured by a drive conveyer chain 17 that supports the conveyance carriage 3 such that the conveyance carriage 3 can freely travel; and the drive route part 1B is provided with a drive conveyer chain 4 including carriage propulsion claw parts 6, to each of which a moved pin 22a that is provided to the conveyance carriage 3 and that horizontally extends in the left/right direction is to be fitted in such a manner as to be freely detached/re-fitted in the up/down direction, with spaces interposed between the respective carriage propulsion claw parts 6. The conveyance device is provided with: carriage-positioning means 32, 44 which position the conveyance carriage 3, so that the conveyance carriage 3 is in a state of being incapable of moving forward/backward, at a fixed position where the moved pin 22a is positioned immediately before a guide ring 7e for a corresponding one of the carriage propulsion claw parts 6; and a carriage pushing-out means 34 which pushes out the conveyance carriage 3 positioned at the fixed position, at a timing when the moved pin 22a is fitted to the carriage propulsion claw part 6.
