Provided are a conveyance information generation device and a conveyance system with which it is possible to improve the efficiency of conveyance by a conveyance movement device. A conveyance information generation device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: (i) a first input unit (101) for receiving input of basic conveyance information indicating a conveyance path that includes a first position at which conveyed objects are loaded by a conveyance movement device and a second position at which the conveyed objects are unloaded; (ii) a first calculation unit (102) for generating composite conveyance information that indicates the conveyance path, on which a conveyance operation indicated by the plurality of basic conveyance information received by the first input unit (101) is realized by the one conveyance movement device; and (iii) an output unit (first output unit 103) for outputting the composite conveyance information to a conveyance movement device management device that controls conveyance movement of the conveyance movement device.
