Abstract:
This conveyance system is provided with a furnace 1, a plate 7A arranged in the furnace 1 for placement of articles, an in-furnace bridge 19 arranged in the furnace 1 and capable of contacting the plate 7A, a moving member 3A which moves along the in-furnace bridge 19 and the plate 7A and moves articles on the in-furnace bridge 19 and the plate 7A, and a sterilization device 100 for sterilizing the inside of the furnace 1, wherein the furnace 1 can be sealed in a state in which the moving member 3A is arranged on the in-furnace bridge 19.
