A conveying device and a recording medium processing apparatus including the same are disclosed. The conveying device comprises a main frame, input rollers and output rollers installed in the main frame, a driving swing link (401,402), a driven swing link (411,412), and elastic components (51,52). The input rollers include an input driving roller (11) and an input driven roller (10). The output rollers include an output driving roller (21) and an output driven roller (20). The driving swing link and the driven swing link are respectively hinged to the main frame. The driving swing link rotates to drive the driven swing link to rotate in counter direction synchronously. One end of each elastic component is fixed on the main frame, and the other end of each elastic component is connected to the driving swing link and the driven swing link accordingly. The input driven roller and the output driven roller are applied with pre-tightening force respectively by the elastic components via the driving swing link and the driven swing link. The conveying device ensures that the recording medium moves smoothly in processing.
