Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to improve inductance characteristics of a connecting region of a magnetic circuit unit. A conveying device 1 is provided with a plurality of magnetic circuit units 2, each including a plurality of electromagnetic actuators arranged along a side X1, a plurality of electromagnetic actuators arranged along a side X2 opposing the side X1, a plurality of electromagnetic actuators arranged along a side Y1, and a plurality of electromagnetic actuators arranged along a side Y2 opposing the side Y1. The number of electromagnetic actuators arranged along the side X1 is greater than the number of electromagnetic actuators arranged along the side X2, and the number of electromagnetic actuators arranged along the side Y1 is greater than the number of electromagnetic actuators arranged along the side Y2. The plurality of magnetic circuit units 2 are connected such that sides X1 or Y1 having a larger number of electromagnetic actuators are adjacent to sides X2 or Y2 having a smaller number of electromagnetic actuators.
