Abstract:
A conveying line and a conveying line out-of-step detection method. The conveying line comprises a foldable hanging basket (100), a conveying structure (40), a fixed base (50), a goods shelf (70), a transmission structure (80), and an out-of-step sensor. The foldable hanging basket (100) comprises a plurality of middle ribs (12), and a relief slot is formed between two adjacent middle ribs (12); the goods shelf (70) comprises an inclined surface (72) and a screen structure (75), and the screen structure (75) is provided with a plurality of through slots (751); the transmission structure (80) comprises a fixed structure (82) and a transmission gear (83); the transmission gear (83) is provided with a plurality of mounting holes (831), and a plurality of identifiers are mounted in the mounting holes (831); the out-of-step sensor is fixed to the fixed structure (82); the fixed structure (82) directly faces the identifiers; the through slots (751) correspond to the relief slots; an object to be conveyed is placed in the foldable hanging basket (100); the foldable hanging basket (100) is mounted at the conveying structure (40) and is conveyed along the conveying structure (40); the conveying structure (40) is fixed to the fixed base (50). The out-of-step sensor senses the movement of the identifiers so as to detect a change in the movement perimeter of the transmission gear (83). When an abnormality occurs, the out-of-step sensor feeds back a signal in a timely manner so as to protect an apparatus and ensure personal safety, and the safety performance is good.
