Abstract:
A conveying pipe cleaning method and device, the conveying pipe being used for conveying a viscous working medium (60). The method comprises: acquiring working parameters of the conveying pipe in multiple specified dimensions, the multiple specified dimensions at least comprising: the pressure of the working medium in the conveying pipe and the flow rate of the working medium in the conveying pipe; on the basis of the working parameters in the multiple specified dimensions, determining an unobstructed characterization value of the conveying pipe, the unobstructed characterization value being used to characterize the degree of blockage of the conveying pipe; matching the unobstructed characterization value with a preset standard value; and in the case of successful matching, determining that there is a risk of blockage and sending a cleaning instruction to a cleaning mechanism so that the cleaning mechanism cleans the conveying pipe, the preset standard value at least being associated with the properties of the working medium conveyed by the conveying pipe. The described conveying pipe cleaning method and device can promptly and effectively clean the conveying pipe.
