Abstract:
A conveying robotic arm for the production of paper cups and bowls, said robotic arm comprising a fixed disc (1), a movable disc (2), a driving rod (3) and a grabbing member (5). The movable disc (2) is located above the fixed disc (1), and the axes of the two coincide. The movable disc (2) has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the fixed disc (1). A plurality of guide rods (4) are fixed on the upper surface of the fixed disc (1) and are arranged in a centrosymmetric structure. Through holes corresponding to the guide rods (4) are provided on the movable disc (2). The bottom end of the driving rod (3) is fixedly connected to the center of the movable disc (2). A plurality of grabbing members (5) are arranged in a centrosymmetric structure and are unfoldably disposed at the edge of the movable disc (2). By means of driving the movable disc to move, the grabbing members are pushed to move from inside to outside, thereby completing the action of grabbing a paper cup or bowl. By means of providing a large number of grabbing members, the contact area between the outer surface of the grabbing members and the inner wall of the paper cup or bowl is increased, thereby having a protective effect on the paper cup or bowl.
