Abstract:
A purpose of the present invention is to provide a technique for efficiently conveying, to a chip conveyor, cut dust resulting from processing. The conveyor (10) for powder particles according to an embodiment comprises a base 20 having an inclined surface 21, a flexible sheet 30 covering the inclined surface 21, and a vibration part for vibrating the sheet 30 in order to convey powder particles on the sheet 30 downward of the inclined surface.
