Abstract:
In the present invention, an upper cover unit, in which a cover part for fire suppression made of a transparent or translucent synthetic resin material is connected to a main cover part made of metal, shields an upper area of a belt conveyor. Due to the cover part for fire suppression being made of a transparent or translucent material, it is possible to visually check the state of the belt conveyor loaded with cargo and located inside the cover part for fire suppression. In addition, since the cover part for fire suppression is made of a synthetic resin material and thus can melt in the event of a fire, space for suppressing a fire that has occurred inside the upper cover unit can be secured, and the discharge of toxic gases, etc. is facilitated.
