Abstract:
A convolutional computation device equipped with: a two-dimensional circulating shift register unit (40), which has a plurality of storage elements (42) individually storing data and being two-dimensionally arranged, is capable of shifting the data in a circulating manner between the plurality of storage elements, has an input window (44) that is set in a prescribed region, and selects, as input data (d), the data stored in the storage elements in the input window; and a product-sum computation unit (50) that generates output data (Y) by carrying out a product-sum operation on the input data that has been input from the register unit and weight data forming a prescribed filter.
