The present invention relates to the field of digital neural network computing technology and, more specifically, to a convolutional neural network computing device which: comprises a distributed memory structure storing artificial neural network data, and a computing structure processing all neurons in a pipeline circuit in a time-shared manner; and operates as a synchronized circuit in which all constituent components are synchronized in a single system clock.
