Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cooker having a thermochromic layer containing a thermochromic pigment for a temperature sensor through the use of bismuth vanadate and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, to a cooker having a thermochromic layer containing a thermochromic pigment for a temperature sensor through the use of bismuth vanadate and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein the thermochromic layer of the cooker has a color changing depending on the temperature change from room temperature to a high temperature and shows a difference of 20-25 between the CIELAB coordinate value at 25°C and the CIELAB coordinate value at 200°C, allowing the confirmation of color change with the naked eye.
