Abstract:
Provided are a cooker for preparing a chocolate solution and a chocolate solution preparation method, with which it is possible to shorten preparation time. The cooker for preparing a chocolate solution according to the present invention comprises: a steam generation part which generates steam by heating water; a cylindrical member which has, at the lower end, a spouting opening for spouting out steam generated by the steam generation part, extends downwards, guides the steam to the spouting opening, and spouts the steam out into a container that accommodates chocolate and a liquid; and a stirring shaft which is positioned inside the cylindrical member, extends downwards, has a stirring blade fitted thereon and stirs the chocolate and the liquid.
