Abstract:
A cooking appliance is disclosed. The disclosed cooking appliance may comprise: a body forming a cooking chamber; a door provided to open/close the cooking chamber; a door latch movably provided in the door; a sensor provided to come into contact with the door latch; a control unit electrically connected to the sensor; a heating source electrically connected to the control unit; and a door lock including an interference part provided to be able to interfere with opening of the door and a deformation part movably supporting the interference part by elasticity, wherein the control unit is configured to, when the contact between the door latch and the sensor is ended according to opening of the door, control the heating source to stop the operation of the heating source.
